A bit about Life Coaching

By looking at things from a holistic perspective the coaching process builds on the individual’s strengths and what areas of their life they want to work on. Coaching differs from counselling in that it doesn’t attempt to ‘fix’ the situation or try to understand and resolve ‘problems’. It looks at the present situation and helps people look at their resources and helps them focus on planning and setting goals in what they want to achieve in different areas of their lives.

I can provide the Life Coaching sessions by either face to face or by telephone and due to my significant experience with children and young people (5-18 yrs) the range covers child to adult.
