These are six week Parent Mentoring programmes that work in a solution focused way. They look at all areas of parenting, including dealing with conflicts, understanding the changes associated from child- teenager. It is always tailored to the individual need and respects and treats the parent as an expert of their life and children. It also focuses on parent's successes and exceptions to problems and builds on what the parents are doing well.
